Location: Remote (US), requires approximately 30% travel to on-site dealership environments
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year

What you will do
- Build and own structured 30/60/90-day onboarding programs across GTM roles.
- Design and enforce certification programs to ensure readiness prior to dealer-facing engagement.
- Develop and maintain a centralized internal knowledge base for Revenue teams.
- Implement AI-driven learning, certification, and knowledge management tools.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps leaders to align ramp expectations.
- Conduct in-field ride-alongs and store visits to diagnose skill gaps and refine messaging.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue, or Sales Enablement within a B2B environment.
- 5+ years of automotive or dealership industry experience (service drive, fixed/variable ops).
- Proven track record of building onboarding and certification programs from the ground up.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and certification workflows.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% for on-site dealership visits and field observations.
- Strong operational rigor in creating playbooks, documentation, and certification frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, Automotive Technology, or Enterprise Hardware + Software environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LMS, and internal knowledge management systems.
- Ability to translate technical product capabilities into business and operational outcomes.
