GTM Engineer

What you will do

• Design automations to eliminate manual work for Account Executives and SDRs
• Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce and GTM tools
• Optimize outbound workflows, account selection, and pipeline generation
• Identify bottlenecks in pipeline and deal execution
• Build dashboards for leading indicators and partner with Enablement on sales systems
• Work with Salesforce, APIs, automation platforms, and light scripting

Requirements

• 3–6 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, Growth Ops, or GTM Engineering
• Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales
• Proven track record building outbound or pipeline automation
• Strong CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with sequencing and enrichment platforms
• Comfortable working with structured data (SQL or similar a plus)
