What you will do

• Own sales performance of Lab solutions across DACH, delivering revenue growth, pipeline development, and market share gains
• Identify and close new business opportunities, expand key accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Engage with dental labs nationwide to analyze needs, position the full hirify.global digital ecosystem, and drive digital transformation
• Collaborate with resellers for sales execution, provide training and joint customer activities
• Work with cross-functional teams on go-to-market activities, product launches, and lead generation for clinic solutions
• Represent hirify.global at events, trainings, and webinars in DACH

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the dental industry
• Proven track record in revenue growth and new business acquisition
• Experience in key account management and complex sales cycles
• Knowledge of Dental CAD software (e.g., Exocad, Dental System)
• Strong understanding of digital workflows in labs and clinics
• Fluent in English
• High willingness to travel extensively across DACH
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
