Key Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with current PSPs as the primary point of contact.
• Optimize AR and other key performance indicators to improve partnership efficiency.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and maximize margins from key partners.
• Negotiate and sign referral agreements to attract new clients.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with BizDev, Technical, Treasury, and BAM departments.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in account management or a related role.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for internal and client communication.
• Based in the EU (preferably Poland, Spain, or Cyprus).
• Proven experience in the Fintech or Payments industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Background in Gambling, Igaming, or High-risk sectors.
• Experience within the banking sphere.
