What you will do
- Refine sales methodologies, create playbooks, and map the customer journey for better efficiency.
- Own and manage the sales technology stack (CRM, sales enablement tools), ensuring data integrity and adoption.
- Define metrics for sales effectiveness and build dashboards to inform executive decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to equip the sales team with collateral, competitive intelligence, and training.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and the challenges of ad fraud/privacy.
