Salary: $75,000 – $100,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency and brand clients to ensure success and retention.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to oversee campaign execution and provide data-driven performance recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on industry trends and ROI maximization.
  • Partner with Sales to develop customized pre-sale strategies and media planning.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the account management team.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising (AdTech or Programmatic preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to grow enterprise-level client relationships and drive revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be located in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Dallas.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ad operations workflows and tools such as DCM, Sizmek, Double Verify, or IAS.
  • Experience with Demand Side Platforms (DSP).
