Salary: $75,000 – $100,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency and brand clients to ensure success and retention.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to oversee campaign execution and provide data-driven performance recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on industry trends and ROI maximization.
- Partner with Sales to develop customized pre-sale strategies and media planning.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the account management team.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising (AdTech or Programmatic preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.
- Proven ability to grow enterprise-level client relationships and drive revenue.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be located in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Dallas.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ad operations workflows and tools such as DCM, Sizmek, Double Verify, or IAS.
- Experience with Demand Side Platforms (DSP).
