Location: Remote (US-based, per benefits like 401k/HSA and NYC salary disclosure law)
Salary: $115,000 - $160,000 per year (base pay)

What you will do
- Serve as primary RevOps contact for Client Success, owning post-sale operational agenda including processes, cadence, and performance improvements.
- Design and optimize end-to-end workflows for onboarding, renewals, expansions, escalations, and QBRs; identify gaps via data and stakeholder input.
- Develop reporting and dashboards for retention KPIs (GRR, NRR, churn risk), forecasting, and insights; translate data into executive recommendations.
- Manage CS tech stack including Salesforce workflows, Gainsight/ChurnZero/Totango; ensure data integrity and system integrations.
- Lead incentive compensation design/execution for CS, partnering on quotas and accelerators; handle enablement and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar.
- Deep knowledge of post-sale motion: onboarding, renewals, churn mitigation, expansion.
- Strong Salesforce experience managing workflows, data quality; Excel proficiency; CS platforms like Gainsight/ChurnZero/Totango.
- Analytical skills for reporting/KPIs; incentive comp design; matrixed collaboration.
- Excellent communication for VP/C-level; builder mentality in SaaS/AdTech preferred.
- Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Analytics; MBA plus.
Nice to have
- SFDC Admin experience.
- Direct experience implementing/managing CS platforms.
- SaaS/AdTech/media tech background.
