Salary: $140,000 – $149,000 USD (Annual base)

What you will do
- Design end-to-end PMP, PG, and curated marketplace deal packages aligned with supply strategy.
- Define and maintain rate cards, floor pricing, and margin guardrails for inventory and audience products.
- Implement centralized deal intake workflows and standardize commercial documentation templates.
- Coordinate between Sales, Media Ops, Trading, Product, and Finance to maximize revenue and scale efficiency.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Deal Desk team of analysts and operations managers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, media operations, or commercial strategy.
- Deep expertise in SSP/DSP mechanics, inventory packaging, and deal execution.
- Proven experience owning pricing strategy, yield management, and commercial governance.
- Track record of building scalable processes and leading teams in growth environments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in sports, premium video, or live-event media organizations.
- Previous experience working closely with agency buyers and holding companies.
- Proficiency with SSPs, DSPs, Salesforce, Confluence, and BI reporting tools.
- Background in revenue operations or commercial monetization roles.
