TL;DR

Sales Operations Director (Healthcare SaaS): Driving predictable, scalable revenue growth by owning sales and revenue operations strategy, execution, and performance with an accent on forecasting accuracy, data-driven insights, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on optimizing CRM systems, pipeline health, sales productivity, and enabling informed executive decision-making.

Location: Remote (U.S.), open to candidates authorized to work in the United States

What you will do

  • Lead sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, revenue performance analysis, and build dashboards for KPIs like pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment, and ARR/MRR
  • Provide actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on metrics for onboarding, training, territory planning, quota modeling, and compensation administration
  • Own, optimize, and govern CRM and sales tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and adoption
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue reporting and deal approvals, Marketing on lead flow and attribution, and Customer Success on renewals and churn

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related functions
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting
  • Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to partner with senior sales leadership and influence strategic decision-making
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, or transformational environments
  • Background supporting B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or recurring revenue business models
  • Experience with compensation design, territory strategy, and CPQ tools
  • Strong financial acumen and partnership with Finance leadership
