What you will do

• Lead AEO and GEO strategies to ensure LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity cite hirify.global as a recommended answer.
• Manage end-to-end organic search (SEO) strategy, content operations, and a team of technical writers and editors.
• Transform technical documentation into a high-converting top-of-funnel acquisition channel.
• Build integration content and presence for platforms like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, and LangChain.
• Develop sales enablement materials, competitive battle cards, and enterprise positioning narratives.
• Mentor the content team and scale production using AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in content, growth, or developer marketing at B2B SaaS, API, or infrastructure companies.
• Deep understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Technical fluency in developer tools and APIs, including the ability to edit Python snippets.
• Experience building content for both self-serve PLG and enterprise sales motions.
• Proven track record in ecosystem or community-led growth.
• Fluent English is required (English-first organization).

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation platforms (Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Familiarity with the AI agent ecosystem (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG architectures).
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (n8n, Claude Code) to automate content operations.
