Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

What you will do

• Copy edit high-priority content and manage fast-turnaround requests.
• Oversee external copy editor contractors, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Update and maintain copy editing documentation and style guidelines to ensure highest quality.
• Collaborate with department leads to identify and implement quality improvements for product offerings.
• Develop and scale AI tools to support the editorial and QC process.
• Manage department tools like Grammarly to innovate the course quality review process.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in copy editing and/or writing.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states.
