What you will do

• Research, write, and edit consumer health materials for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
• Lead AI project management to create efficiencies and implement content expansion via persona matching.
• Coordinate clinical reviews with internal and external clinicians to ensure medical accuracy.
• Analyze web performance analytics and user test results to ensure content aligns with brand specifications and target audiences.
• Manage project goals, timelines, and stakeholder coordination across multiple departments.
• Perform audits of the content library to identify topic gaps and update outdated materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of professional experience in research, writing, and substantive copy editing.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing AI tools to enhance research and match content to specific personas.
• 3+ years of experience as a project lead, coordinator, or manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with collaborative tools like Wrike, Miro, Workfront, or Contentful.
