What you will do
- Perform technical lead responsibilities for application architecture best practices and initiatives.
- Design end-to-end technical solutions for Scheduler product aligning with platform vision.
- Refactor NewGen platform to improve developer velocity, maintainability, security, performance, and scalability.
- Lead automation and engineering initiatives for enterprise readiness of NewGen platform.
- Architect healthcare data exchange using HL7, FHIR, CCD standards ensuring compliance and integrity.
- Design data synchronization, replication, and consistency models across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with architecture, delivery, cloud, and security teams; provide code reviews and mentorship.
Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years as Principal Engineer or Architect
- Proven platform modernization from monoliths to cloud-native microservices
- Strong knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, EDI) and interoperability
- Experience with data sync/replication in distributed systems
- Deep AWS expertise in serverless, GraphQL/REST APIs, eventing/messaging, SQL/NoSQL
- Ability to balance long-term architecture with short-term delivery
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
