What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot and integrate them with existing platforms.
• Lead AI implementation, adoption, and governance across the full AI lifecycle, including risk assessment and compliance.
• Deploy services on AWS GovCloud using DevSecOps and FinOps best practices.
• Modernize legacy on-premise applications into scalable, cost-optimized cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (DevOps, UX, Product) to manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Establish trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive the adoption of technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be residing in the United States and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in complex Enterprise Web application development.
• 2-5 years of experience in solution architecture for complex applications.
• Expert proficiency in Java, Javascript, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Deep experience with AWS cloud data architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.
• Proven track record of designing secure data solutions involving PHI and PII.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS (Medicare, Medicaid), healthcare, or commercial insurance.
• Java or AWS Cloud certifications.
• Demonstrable success in implementing AI/ML architectures to achieve measurable outcomes.
