Focus on prospecting new opportunities, forecasting revenues, establishing C-suite partnerships, and coordinating with operations for service delivery.

Location: Remote supporting Augusta, GA; must already live in the general region or have relocation plans to the area. U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export controls. Ability to travel 50%-80% required.

What you will do

• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets.
• Maintain CRM pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting and customer opportunity tracking.
• Build key relationships with C-suite and mid-level client management to position ATS as a long-term partner.
• Coordinate with operations on bid responses, scheduling, and voice-of-customer feedback.
• Prospect new business using database tools, social media, internet research, and trade shows.
• Mentor and train new sales team members as requested.

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial experience and 3+ years in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Services
• CRM experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License, ability to travel 50%-80%, lift up to 100 pounds, work in industrial environments including confined spaces and elevated locations
• Pass drug screen and clean driving record; U.S. Person status for ITAR compliance

Nice to have

• Graduate or Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
• Experience in Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, Aerospace, or other industrial markets
