What you will do
- Handle customer contact, resolve issues by coordinating staff, and ensure timely updates on progress.
- Provide first-line phone support, answering 90% of inbound calls and maintaining assigned clients.
- Build trust through follow-through, site visits, and positive representation of the company.
- Attend transition and kick-off calls, manage complaints with supervisor, and assist CSAs.
- Identify sales opportunities, conduct weekly call campaigns, and manage client onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
- Must be located in one of: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA
- College BA/BS or Masters; 5+ years in client relationship management, preferably healthcare.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills, multitasking, computer applications for payment posting and A/R follow-up.
- Team player supportive of department goals, policies, and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to work remotely with strong video conferencing etiquette.
