What you will do
- Lead and manage sales team to exceed revenue targets through inspiration and tactical coaching.
- Conduct 1:1s, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to build high-performance culture.
- Drive pipeline development balancing new business acquisition and client retention.
- Develop and execute vertical sales strategy aligned with company commercial goals.
- Enforce Salesforce usage, opportunity hygiene standards, and accurate forecasting.
- Provide data-driven performance reports and market insights to Sales Director.
Requirements
- United Kingdom based (London, Nottingham, Leeds) for remote work.
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex deals (TCV £1m+) and managing strategic relationships.
- Proven coaching skills delivering measurable sales improvements.
- Strategic understanding of leveraging data and technology for business solutions.
- Experience leading sales teams to over-performance in Credit Bureau, FinTech, or data-led organizations.
- Resilience in high-pressure environments with accountability and execution focus.
