What you will do

• Lead and maintain strong relationships with key DC client decision-makers and update CRM records.
• Partner with Senior Client Directors to coordinate meetings with trustees and advisers.
• Monitor and ensure quality assurance of all scheduled and ad-hoc client reporting.
• Proactively manage 'at risk' relationships and lead client retention activities.
• Identify new business and cross-selling opportunities to support portfolio growth.
• Ensure fair customer outcomes in accordance with Consumer Duty regulations.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of DC product solutions and the marketplace.
• Corporate client relationship management experience in a product provider or EBC.
• Understanding of administration and operational matters for DC pension plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing meetings.
• Ability to analyze client challenges and leverage L&G solutions to resolve them.
