TL;DR
Sales Specialist (Fintech): Driving new business growth by selling technology solutions to Financial Market Infrastructure firms with an accent on digital and crypto asset trading venues. Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — at least 3 days a week in-office

What you will do
- Prospect and close new business opportunities across the UK and Continental Europe.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through proposal and contract signature.
- Collaborate with internal product, legal, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the Eqlipse Trading system and monitor competitor market trends.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of successful technology sales experience in capital markets, trading, or FinTech.
- Strong understanding of trading solutions, tokenized assets, and digital/crypto assets.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive presence.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Experience selling technology solutions specifically to Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) firms.
- Exposure to regulated market environments and complex contract negotiations.
- Ability to operate effectively across various European cultures and geographies.
