What you will do

• Drive revenue generation, customer relationships, and hirify.global engagement within accounts as a trusted advisor.
• Build strong relationships with client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers to develop pipeline and execute sales.
• Engage consultatively on solutions, identify opportunities, manage full sales cycle, and leverage resources for growth.
• Handle customer business reviews, RFI/RFP responses, contracting, negotiation, and account strategy.

Requirements

• Demonstrated business development experience sourcing opportunities using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven executive engagement with C-suite via video and face-to-face meetings.
• End-to-end deal management from discovery to closing and renewals.
• Track record achieving sales targets, KPIs, and handling high-volume work.
• Proficiency in CRM data maintenance and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Expertise in objection handling and aligning solutions to customer needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in Credit Reference Agency.
• Sector knowledge in Financial Services or Payments.
• Foundational understanding of credit lifecycle.
