Location: Primarily remote with required travel to London offices and client sites (United Kingdom).

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of Account Directors/Managers to maximise growth and over-deliver on revenue targets.
- Drive high-performance culture through 1:1 coaching, skill development in consultative selling, and complex negotiations.
- Handle performance management, resource planning, and talent pipeline development with Sales Enablement.
- Develop strong pipeline for new business acquisition and existing contract retention.
- Implement vertical sales strategy aligned with company-wide commercial goals.
- Enforce Salesforce proficiency, opportunity hygiene standards, and provide data-driven performance reporting.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex deals (TCV £1m+) and managing strategic relationships.
- Knowledge of commercial data industry, competitive landscape, market trends, and regulations in Banking & Financial Services.
- Strategic thinking to leverage data and technology for solving operational business problems.
- Proven leadership of sales teams to over-performance, ideally in Credit Bureau, FinTech, or data-led organisations.
- Resilience in high-pressure environments and ability to navigate market volatility.
- Build rapport with C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree and senior-level industry experience.
- Experience operating at C-suite levels and closing mid-to-large complex deals.
- Strategic selling techniques and collaboration with sales & product specialists.
