Sales Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately eight Account Executives.
• Hire exceptional sales talent and create development plans for future top performers.
• Inspect pipelines, manage forecasting, and use business intelligence to diagnose performance.
• Establish operating rhythms for pipeline management, business reviews, and predictable revenue outcomes.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and Product to improve commercial execution.
• Use customer and field insights to influence strategy and product evolution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a sales manager.
• 3 years of documented success as an individual contributor exceeding target.
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience developing Account Executives through structured coaching and clear performance expectations.
• Experience leading and scaling outbound teams using sales tools and excellence frameworks.
• Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, hiring, and data-driven business improvement.
