What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead accounting workstream for M&A integrations, onboarding acquired teams to corporate policies and standards.
• Coordinate with M&A, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations for smooth ERP onboarding and process standardization.
• Identify and remediate gaps in financial data, processes, and controls in acquired entities.
• Coach and develop Staff Accountants while recommending process improvements and supporting audits.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibility
• Strong U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls knowledge
• ERP systems experience; migration exposure preferred
• Advanced Excel, analytical/problem-solving skills, and cross-department collaboration
• Leadership, communication, and process improvement abilities
