Controller (Finance)

Location: Remote (Must be residing in the United States; preference for candidates in Wayne, PA)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end monthly close process, including general ledger, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with U.S. GAAP, specifically ASC 606, ASC 718, and ASC 842.
• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue accounting in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Lead external audits and coordinate tax compliance with third-party advisors.
• Optimize accounting systems (NetSuite) and design scalable internal controls and documentation.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and complex balance sheet accounting.
• Experience owning monthly close, financial reporting, and external audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Experience in AI infrastructure, networking, hardware, or data center environments.
• Experience with inventory, COGS, or capital-intensive operating models.
• NetSuite ERP implementation or optimization experience.
