What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion for calibration services within the Phoenix and Southern California territories.
• Conduct outside selling activities with 150–200 customer locations to expand account relationships.
• Identify sales leads and provide service demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with existing clients to secure future business.
• Utilize CRM software to track activity and manage the sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at trade shows, training schools, and regional industry events.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in proactive outside selling, preferably in calibration or technical sales.
• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, Green Card holder, refugee, or asylee) for ITAR compliance.
• Ability to spend at least 60% of time in the field visiting customers.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent professional selling experience in industrial environments.

• Experience with quality, safety, or reliability processes within critical industries.
• Familiarity with local geographic dynamics affecting customer buying behaviors.
