What you will do

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for eight UK payrolls.
• Calculate employee pay, including statutory payments and adjustments.
• Handle pension and Sharesave submissions and ensure ongoing HMRC compliance via RTI returns.
• Produce and distribute payslips, P45s, and statutory reports (P11D, PSA).
• Maintain payroll and Time & Attendance systems and resolve payroll queries professionally.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UK payroll administration, ideally within a shared service environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, T&A software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in the UK to manage local statutory requirements.
• High level of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
