What you will do

  • Lead and support the Operational Support and Provider Overflow team, providing technical guidance and coaching.
  • Oversee financial validations, approve provider payments, and manage client billing queries.
  • Audit staff reserve entries and cost lines to ensure financial accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage departmental escalations and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, including FCA requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance and external providers to resolve payment and fee-related issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational or financial leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in managing financial data, performing validations, and auditing.
  • Proven ability to manage performance metrics and drive operational improvements.
  • Exceptional numerical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in remote environments.
  • Experience in training and developing teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance or compliance-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing VIP stakeholders or underwriters.
