Cash Reconciliation Analyst

Location: Dundee (Hybrid)

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (Depending on exp) + benefits

What you will do

• Reconcile ATMs and Vaults using vendor residual counts, processor reports, and vault cash provider funding data.
• Review daily vendor reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform import checks to ensure successful report uploads.
• Complete ATM reconciliations via internal processes and applications.
• Confirm Vault balances, identify exceptions, and verify overall cash positions including cash in transit and over/short items.
• Track and resolve ATM out-of-balance issues.
• Prepare reports for management on out-of-balance counts and armored performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related subjects.
• Entry level to two years of experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to pass all applicable background screening tests.
• Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
