What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administration of UK and international payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Process new starters, contract amendments, timesheets, and expense claims.
• Perform payroll validations and distribute payslips, remittances, and invoices.
• Coordinate with Finance and Treasury teams to ensure payment deadlines are met.
• Resolve payroll and invoice queries from contractors and clients.
• Supervise payroll department operations and coach team members.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, payroll, sales ledger, or credit control.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
• Proven ability to follow strict financial control and compliance guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
