What you will do
- Own and improve HubSpot and supporting tools for Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success operations.
- Drive process standardization across commercial teams to enhance order-to-cash efficiency and alignment.
- Shape data and analytics frameworks to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams as a connector for smooth information flow and operational consistency.
- Provide documentation, training, and guidance to ensure effective system and process adoption.
- Introduce Revenue Operations best practices, new tools, and improved ways of working.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, or similar, with solid HubSpot foundation.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Experience in process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable processes, system improvements, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to explain ideas, recommendations, and trade-offs clearly.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with confidence to challenge and improve existing practices.
