What you will do

  • Own and improve HubSpot and supporting tools for Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success operations.
  • Drive process standardization across commercial teams to enhance order-to-cash efficiency and alignment.
  • Shape data and analytics frameworks to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams as a connector for smooth information flow and operational consistency.
  • Provide documentation, training, and guidance to ensure effective system and process adoption.
  • Introduce Revenue Operations best practices, new tools, and improved ways of working.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, or similar, with solid HubSpot foundation.
  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Experience in process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable processes, system improvements, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills to explain ideas, recommendations, and trade-offs clearly.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with confidence to challenge and improve existing practices.
