Senior Functional Analyst (HR)

Senior Functional Analyst (HR): Delivering a large-scale HR transformation program by building an AWS-based HR Connector platform with an accent on system integration, payroll, and recruitment workflows. Location: Must be based in Belgium (Hybrid: 1 day/week on-site in Schaerbeek).

What you will do

• Lead functional analysis for a large-scale HR transformation program.
• Define and refine user stories in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from initial analysis to implementation and testing.
• Collaborate with technical teams on API design, data flows, and system integrations.
• Challenge external partners and ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines.
• Provide operational support, including incident and ticket resolution.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch is required.
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst within the HR domain.
• Solid understanding of HR systems (payroll, time management, LMS, recruitment).
• Strong technical affinity with integration concepts, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience with complex system integrations and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Must be able to work on-site in Schaerbeek, Belgium at least 1 day per week.
