What you will do

  • Define 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes in collaboration with Process Managers to identify and solve pain points.
  • Formalize business requirements as EPICs and FEATURES within Jira and Confluence.
  • Organize workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to gather requirements from end-users and management.
  • Define acceptance criteria and conduct functional testing sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Draft detailed operational procedures and user manuals for the new operational model.
  • Support change management activities, including training, communications, and information sessions.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in business analysis for IT projects.
  • Fluent proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Experience working within large organizations or the public sector.
