TL;DR

Director of Sales Operations (NDT): Building and scaling sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and revenue optimization for inspection services including NDT, Reliability, and Mechanical Integrity with an accent on pricing models, customer targeting, and sales-operations integration. Focus on designing dynamic pricing frameworks, conducting market analysis for growth opportunities, and implementing CRM and analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions and performance metrics.

Location: Marietta, GA (onsite). U.S. Persons only (ITAR requirements: U.S. citizens, permanent residents, refugees, or asylees). Travel up to 25%.

What you will do

  • Design scalable sales processes, go-to-market strategies, market segmentation, territory planning, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies, governance frameworks, and value-based pricing with operations.
  • Identify customer segments, vertical markets, geographic opportunities, and business cases for new services.
  • Lead sales and operations planning (S&OP), feedback loops, and capacity alignment for revenue goals.
  • Oversee CRM implementation, BI dashboards, sales tech stack, knowledge transfer, and team mentoring.
  • Manage account assignments, commission reviews, recruiting, and collaboration with inside sales/marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales/revenue operations or commercial strategy; 5+ years leadership.
  • Proven scaling sales ops in services/technical industries ($100M-$500M revenue preferred).
  • Expertise in sales processes, go-to-market, CRM (Salesforce/MS Dynamics), BI tools.
  • Bachelor's in Business/Engineering preferred; sales/revenue ops certifications a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and change management skills.
  • Pass drug screen, valid driver's license with clean record; U.S. Person (ITAR).

Nice to have

  • Experience in inspection services, NDT, industrial services, or technical/science fields.
