What you will do

  • Create basic to intermediate quotes in C1 for products, services, and projects together with field sales.
  • Validate purchase orders for accuracy, compliance, and documentation.
  • Maintain customer data in Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) and other systems.
  • Manage Special Pricing Requests (SPR) and submit quotes timely to sales and customers.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, sales, finance, legal, and operations via phone and email.
  • Support sales with system issues and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years in client/team support role.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic proficiency with CRM/ERP like Oracle Sales Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills, time management, and communication.
