TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Strategic Accounts): Expanding hirify.global's reach in existing and new strategic accounts by qualifying marketing-generated demand with an accent on outbound engagement and persona discovery. Focus on nurturing prospects through multi-touch cadences, managing pipeline in Salesforce, and driving collaboration with Account Executives.

What you will do

  • Generate new demand and qualify marketing-led opportunities for sales pursuit.
  • Identify and engage additional buying group members through targeted outbound efforts.
  • Nurture prospects using tailored touch tactics and cadences to determine interest levels.
  • Manage all prospecting and qualification activities within the Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with aligned sales teams to coordinate account activities and strategy.
  • Meet monthly KPIs regarding qualified opportunities and meetings scheduled for sellers.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of English and French
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales development role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be based in Bucharest, Romania for a hybrid work arrangement
  • Proficiency with business research tools like LinkedIn and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional outreach.

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience with high-tech products or services.
  • Experience as an Outbound Calling or Revenue Development Representative.
  • Technical understanding of storage and cloud backup solutions.
