Senior Specifier Account Manager

Senior Specifier Account Manager: Establish hirify.global as the first-choice partner for the Specifier and Design community through proactive engagement, timely responses, and relationship strengthening to drive growth in Southern Europe. Focus on developing A&D strategy, managing sales funnel on Salesforce, influencing project success, and organizing seminars and networking events.

Location: Milan downtown based, Southern Europe countries travel expected 2 weeks per month minimum (Spain, Italy, Balkans, Greece, Turkey). Valid EU working permit required.

What you will do

• Develop A&D strategy for assigned Southern Europe regions alongside manager.
• Influence project success and manage top architectural practices.
• Grow sales funnel, generate leads, and manage activities on Salesforce.com.
• Engage specifier community in dialogues about insights and products.
• Leverage specialist resources and collaborate across hirify.global brands.
• Organize seminars, networking events, and showroom visits (London, Milan, Foligno, Paris).

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• At least 3 years successful sales experience with business development mindset.
• Proven track record working with Architecture and Design community.
• Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.
• Valid EU working permit.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, numerate, flexible to work out of hours.
