What you will do

• Act as the Design Authority for hirify.global products released for production.
• Provide technical support to the Value Stream and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain production technical documentation and requirements for special equipment.
• Support prototype development through test plan generation and execution.
• Manage configuration control processes and oversee product responsibility for multiple lines simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent manufacturing engineering experience.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing electromechanical devices or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD and engineering drawings (GD&T), with familiarity in PLM/BOM systems.
• Experience with electro-mechanical motion systems, controls (PID/servo tuning), and electrical integration.
• Skill in testing and data analysis using LabVIEW, MATLAB, or similar tools.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Understanding of DFM, reliability, and quality methods (FMEA, root cause analysis, life testing).
• Strong project and time management skills within cross-functional teams.
