What you will do

• Perform conceptual and detailed design of mechanical parts for new chemical monitoring and management systems.
• Develop modules, assemblies, and individual components using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering groups to define designs and test plans.
• Create and manage Change Orders (COs) to release new parts, assemblies, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct design review presentations and ensure the accuracy of detailed engineering drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience, or a Master's degree.
• Strong background in engineering or physical science.
• Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in design of microfluidic systems and dispensing.
• Knowledge of material science, spectrophotometry, or fiber-optics.
• Proficiency in Inventor 3D CAD and AutoCAD software.
