What you will do

• Design and develop digital, analog, and RF circuits for Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) technology.
• Conduct risk assessments, studies, and design reviews to ensure technical compliance.
• Create schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD software.
• Perform simulations and testing to optimize electrical designs for reliability and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware into product architecture.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support production transitions.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering with at least 4 years of hardware design experience.
• Knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, power electronics, RF, or signal processing.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, OrCAD, or LTspice.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to test sites and suppliers.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and normal color vision.

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation tools like SPICE, PSpice, Simulink, or LabVIEW.
• RF component design experience.
• Programming skills in MATLAB, Java, and C.
• Experience with industry communication protocols.
