What you will do

• Assess customer capabilities and identify business requirements.
• Elicit product requirements and define detailed use cases.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate the transition of requirements to technical teams to ensure a complete understanding of specifications.
• Participate in quality management reviews.
• Interact independently with customers and internal project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field with an analytic emphasis.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in technology, insurance, or a related environment.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and test planning.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) definition and execution.
• Legal authorization to work in Australia is required.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of P&C Insurance software applications.
• Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) specifically for P&C insurance.
