What you will do

• Drive BWS pricing strategy aligned with commercial, customer, and brand goals to boost profitability and competitiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed pricing as a core commercial lever, balancing value and customer experience.
• Lead pricing innovation via test-and-learn agenda and generate insights for optimisation.
• Collaborate on promotional pricing frameworks to maximise ROI and relevance.
• Utilise analytics for BWS-specific insights, identifying margin opportunities and performance gaps.
• Monitor pricing performance against targets and improve operational efficiency through process innovation.
• Act as BWS pricing representative, building partnerships in a matrix environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in revenue management or pricing strategy with proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
• Proven strategy implementation experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and market research experience.
