What you will do

• Lead business requirements elicitation and own the end-to-end quality of functional and technical specifications.
• Create and manage the Business Specification Document (BSD), ensuring alignment between UX and Solution Architecture.
• Manage the project backlog in Jira, including writing User Stories, Epics, and bug reports.
• Act as a trusted advisor and domain expert for banking solutions in the Australian market.
• Conduct client workshops, manage expectations, and provide functional demos of the hirify.global platform.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices regarding the Australian banking landscape.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years specifically in the Australian banking sector.
• Deep domain expertise in retail banking, payments, deposits, loans, or wealth management within the Australian context.
• Expertise in creating BSDs, Epics, and User Stories using Agentic SDLC.
• Proficiency with Jira, Gemini (AI), Google Workspace, and Miro.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; IIBA CCB certification is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English and willingness to travel based on project needs.
