What you will do

• Manage and optimize HubSpot configuration, operation, and data governance standards.
• Design and implement automations using tools like Zapier to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop business processes, including process maps, user stories, and requirements documentation.
• Assess and apply industry and regulatory requirements to internal business processes.
• Drive cross-functional projects from initial ideation to final deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex problems and ensure successful process adoption.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early career professional with 0-1 year of experience.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize automation tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Jira, or Slack.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear, documented processes.
• Technical proficiency in Excel and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Must be based in Melbourne to support in-person collaboration in the CBD office.

Nice to have

• Experience in Strategy & Ops, financial services, consulting, or a Big 4 firm.
