What you will do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to design smart, scalable solutions that solve complex client challenges.
- Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions using pre-sales and business analysis skills.
- Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) and tailored architectures to demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Lead the technical response process for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Act as a liaison between internal development teams and external client/partner stakeholders.
- Provide strategic feedback to the Product team to help shape the platform's evolution.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect in a solution-selling environment.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis (ETL, DB) and Business Analysis.
- Proficiency in creating process diagrams, flows, and Use Case Diagrams (UML).
- Must have knowledge of eCommerce and CRM solutions (e.g., Adobe, Shopify, Salesforce, Dynamics).
- Extensive experience in delivering technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with global clients at all seniority levels.
Nice to have
- Applied experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and REST APIs.
- Professional experience within the digital marketing industry.
- Previous experience in team leadership or management.
