What you will do

• Analyze and design new business processes as an experienced resource on project teams.
• Elicit detailed product requirements and maintain business requirements and use cases.
• Collaborate with Business Architects and stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify requirements.
• Transition requirements to technical teams to ensure clear and complete implementation.
• Participate in quality management reviews of designs, prototypes, and requirement work products.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytic-focused field or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, estimating, and UAT execution.
• Knowledge of P&C Insurance software applications and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience interfacing with customers, including delivering professional presentations.
• Legally authorized to work in Australia.
