What you will do

• Extract and interpret data from CRM and marketing platforms to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Looker to communicate KPIs.
• Analyze sales metrics and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and conversion opportunities.
• Develop accurate revenue forecasts using historical data, pipeline health, and market trends.
• Explore and implement AI-driven tools and automation to scale revenue operations processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience using Looker or similar BI tools to build scalable reports.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including data structures and integrity.
• Proven experience in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and planning processes.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical data and reporting requirements.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across IT, GTM Ops, Sales, and Marketing.
