What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries on testing services via email and phone.
• Collaborate with clients to develop custom test protocols and support sales staff.
• Prepare professional quotations using pricing guidelines and manage sales pipeline with follow-ups.
• Clarify scope, turnaround times, and coordinate with lab operations.
• Participate in business development, client visits, and relationship building to communicate full capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical testing laboratory environment
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent lab-related experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical testing techniques and ASTM/international standards
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR
• Self-motivated; able to work in office with occasional lab visits
