Salary: $126,000 - $196,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Serve as the technical spearhead for the hirify.global Data Exchange (ADX), owning the "Technical Win" and hitting dedicated revenue targets.
• Architect data strategies to transition large-scale financial institutions from legacy silos to scalable Lakehouse infrastructure.
• Collaborate with GTM sales to identify opportunities and drive technical strategy for complex data migrations.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to guide product improvements and GTM strategy.
• Develop training materials and conduct enablement sessions for internal teams and external partners.
• Translate complex technical infrastructure into compelling commercial ROI for C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Fintech or Financial Services, with a background in quota-carrying Enterprise Data or Infrastructure Sales.
• Expertise in translating data workflows and integration requirements into Data Lakehouse architecture solutions.
• Proven ability to lead the "Technical Win" within complex, multi-stakeholder institutional sales cycles.
• Experience transitioning firms from fragmented legacy silos to modern, managed infrastructure.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on the first day of employment without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
