Location: Must be based in the US. Remote options available in Northern California, New York/New Jersey, or Florida; hybrid options in Santa Monica, Charlotte, and Austin.

Salary: $155,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Manage sales activities and maintain client relationships within a designated territory.
• Develop new client relationships while retaining and growing existing ones.
• Present investment capabilities, theory, and performance at conferences and industry functions.
• Collaborate with the Dimensional team to provide sales and marketing collateral.
• Act as a spokesperson and brand ambassador for the firm's investment theory.
• Increase revenue, AUM, and client base through the growth of the product suite.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory.
• Proven track record of building relationships and growing a sales territory.
• Required licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 (SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within 12 weeks of hire).
• Work Authorization: Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Excellent business development skills and a client-centric approach.
