What you will do

• Lead commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring budgetary success and favourable cash flow.
• Oversee technical delivery, schedule management, and quality objectives in line with client specs.
• Manage multidiscipline teams including automation, functional safety, engineering, panel manufacture, and E&I installation.
• Handle customer relationships, sub-contractor management, risk identification, and variation opportunities.
• Submit progress reports, develop strategies for commercial returns, and support sales/proposals.

Requirements

• Meet UK security clearance criteria for core projects.
• Extensive experience in health & safety leadership and compliance on projects.
• Proven delivery of engineering projects in nuclear, food & beverage, pharma/chemical, energy/renewables, metals, or utilities.
• Direct management of multidiscipline project teams and portfolios.
• Contract management experience with NEC3/4, MF1, bespoke, CDM 2015.
• HNC/HND in relevant engineering discipline, APMP (PMQ) or equivalent, membership in IET/APM or similar.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP; experience with QS, planners, project controls.
